Welcome to our FAQ page. Below you will find common questions asked by our global dealers, contractors and end‑users about mini excavators, electric forklifts, diesel forklifts, quotation, certification, shipping and after‑sales service. · Quotation & Order Related
Q: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please submit our online inquiry form, or contact us via email / WhatsApp. Kindly tell us your required model, configuration, attachments and destination country. Our sales team will send you formal quotation within 24 working hours.
Q: Is there MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
A: We support 1‑unit sample order and bulk container orders. There is no strict MOQ requirement for most of our models. Larger quantity will get better wholesale unit price.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We mainly accept T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed for long‑term cooperation dealers.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. You can mix mini excavators, electric forklifts and diesel forklifts in one full container to save your ocean freight cost.
· Product & Customization
Q: What main products do you supply?
A: Our product range covers 1‑2.5 ton mini excavators, 2‑5 ton electric forklifts and diesel forklifts. We also supply various working attachments for excavators and forklifts.
Q: Can I customize machine configuration?
A: Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization: engine options, mast height, cabin / canopy type, body color, different attachments can be adjusted according to your local market demand.
Q: What attachments are available for mini excavators?
A: Auger, breaker hammer, grapple, quick hitch, different size digging buckets are optional for mini excavator series.
Q: What attachments are available for forklifts?
A: Side shifter, fork positioner, bale clamp, drum clamp, paper roll clamp are available for both electric and diesel forklift models.
· Certification & Import
Q: Do you have CE / EPA certification?
A: Most of our mini excavators and forklifts support CE, ISO certification. Selected engine options can meet EPA / Euro‑V requirements. We can provide full certification documents to help you finish customs clearance.
Q: Can your machines be imported to my country?
A: Please tell us your destination country. We will check which certification versions fit your local import rules and recommend correct configurations for you.
Q: Will you provide customs‑clearance documents?
A: Yes. We will provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and related certification papers after shipment.
· Production & Delivery
Q: What is your production lead‑time?
A: Standard in‑stock models: 7‑15 working days after receiving deposit. Customized configuration orders: 25‑35 working days. Exact schedule will be confirmed before order.
Q: How do you ship the machines?
A: Goods are shipped by sea container. Machines will be fixed inside container to avoid damage during ocean transit. We can work with your freight forwarder or offer our shipping proposal.
Q: Can I visit your factory?
A: Warmly welcome you to visit our factory in Shandong, China. Please make an appointment with our sales team in advance for factory tour arrangement.
· Warranty & After‑sales Service
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide 1‑year whole‑machine warranty. Core key components such as engine and hydraulic parts enjoy extended warranty period. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, does not cover wearing parts and man‑made damage.
Q: How can I get spare parts?
A: We supply original spare parts at factory cost price. Spare parts can be sent by express or together with your new container order.
Q: Do you provide technical support?
A: Yes. We provide operation manuals, maintenance videos and online technical guidance via WhatsApp / email.
Q: What if the machine breaks down after arrival?
A: Please send us fault description, photos or short videos. Our technical team will analyze problems and guide you for troubleshooting step by step.

Q: Which model should I choose for my work?
A: Please tell us your working scenario, required load / digging depth, working site condition (indoor / outdoor, narrow space or not). Our sales will recommend the most suitable model for you.
