Qisheng Mini Excavator Options and Configurations
Use this page to specify the mini excavator options you want included in a Qisheng quotation. The current catalog shows six configuration groups: hydraulic pilot controls, boom swing, engine or power choice, retractable tracks, canopy or enclosed cab, and custom color.

Options need confirmation for the exact model and combination. Send your preferred configuration before treating a catalog illustration as an included feature.
Six Configuration Groups to Discuss
| Catalog option | Requirement it helps define | Details needed in the quotation |
|---|---|---|
| Hydraulic pilot controls | Preferred control arrangement | Availability, control layout and machine specification |
| Boom swing | Positioning the working equipment beside an obstruction | Left/right swing limits and working dimensions |
| Engine or power options | Fuel or power source and engine preference | Exact engine or motor, rating and destination documentation |
| Retractable tracks | Different access and working widths | Retracted and extended widths, blade arrangement and operating instructions |
| Canopy or enclosed cab | Operator-station choice | Final height, weight, enclosure details and included equipment |
| Custom color | Requested exterior finish | Color reference, parts covered and approved appearance |
These groups come from the October 9, 2026 catalog. They do not establish that all six can be combined on every model. A quotation should identify the selected items and explain any unavailable combination.
Compare the Engine Listed for Each Series
The Basic and PRO columns in the current catalog identify the following engines for the three priority series. The engine name should be repeated in the order specification so that a series name is not mistaken for a complete configuration.
| Series | Basic catalog engine | PRO catalog engine |
|---|---|---|
| QS-12 | KOOP 192 | Briggs & Stratton |
| QS-18 | Laidong 385 | Kubota D722 |
| QS-25 | Changchai 390 | Kubota D1105 |
The catalog labels the QS-12 Basic engine as “KOOP 192 Euro V.” That catalog label is not a substitute for the engine and machine documents required for your destination. Ask for the exact supplied engine identification and applicable documentation before ordering.
The options page also mentions diesel, gasoline or electric power at 110–380 V. It does not identify a complete electric configuration for every QS model. If you need electric power, specify the available supply, voltage and frequency, then request written confirmation of the machine arrangement. Battery operation, runtime and charging are not stated in this catalog and should not be inferred.
Confirm Access After Choosing Tracks and the Operator Station
The standard catalog widths are 940 mm for the QS-12, 1,160 mm for the QS-18 and 1,300 mm for the QS-25. The catalog does not provide a verified retracted/extended width pair for the optional track arrangement. Request those measurements, including any blade change, if access depends on retraction.
Likewise, the listed overall heights of 2,150, 2,200 and 2,400 mm relate to the catalog configurations. Obtain the actual height and weight of the quoted canopy or cab version. A photograph of an enclosed cab does not establish air conditioning, a particular protection certification or the equipment included inside it.
For boom swing, distinguish the boom’s offset movement from rotation of the upper structure. Ask for the working dimensions that apply beside your wall, fence or other obstruction. The catalog illustration provides no angle or clearance rating to substitute for those measurements.
Keep Machine Options Separate From Attachments
The configuration groups describe the machine itself. A bucket, rake, breaker, auger or quick hitch is an additional attachment item. List each tool separately, including its mounting, mass and hydraulic requirements where applicable.
If a tool is part of the order, the quotation should identify both the attachment and the machine setup needed to use it. “Attachment ready” is insufficient without the actual flow, pressure, hoses, connectors and installation requirements for that tool.
Confirm the Order in Writing
Your order specification should identify the QS series, engine, controls, boom arrangement, track arrangement, operator station, color and attachment list. Record the final dimensions, actual machine weight, transport dimensions and the documents included with the order.
Ask for optional equipment prices as separate line items and confirm the production schedule, inspection arrangement and support terms in writing. The catalog does not establish current stock, a fixed lead time or a universal warranty for every configuration.
Compare the standard QS models, read the general configuration buying guide, or request a configuration quote.
