Integrated-body 3.5 ton rough terrain forklift with enclosed cab
Integrated-body 3.5 ton rough terrain forklift with enclosed cab. Referenced configuration appearance. Confirm the supplied unit, mast, power package and fitted equipment in the quotation.

Integrated-body four-wheel drive with enclosed cab

This 3.5 ton rough terrain forklift is the integrated-body enclosed-cab configuration, not the separate articulated or economy version. The referenced sheet lists four-wheel drive, a 3500 kg rated load at a 600 mm load center and 350 mm ground clearance. Mast selection and real site conditions still need checking.

  • 4WD integrated-body configuration
  • 3500 kg rated load at 600 mm load center
  • 350 mm listed ground clearance
  • Enclosed operator cab

Why the 600 mm Load Center Matters

The 3500 kg rating here is stated at a 600 mm load center, while the conventional 3.5 ton diesel model is listed at 500 mm. Those are not interchangeable capacity statements. A uniformly distributed 1200 mm long load centered on the forks has a center approximately 600 mm forward of the fork face; unusual cargo needs its actual center of gravity assessed.

Provide cargo dimensions, maximum weight and the intended placement height before choosing a mast. Attachments and long or offset loads can alter allowable capacity. Do not assume that every 3500 kg load can be lifted to the highest mast option.

Four-Wheel Drive Does Not Replace a Site Assessment

The configuration combines 4WD with 350 mm listed clearance and off-road-style tires. These are useful comparison points for an uneven-yard application, but they do not establish safe operation on any ground. Assess surface firmness, ruts, obstacles, drainage, available turning space and gradients against the supplied operating instructions.

The source contains broad climbing-angle claims that should not be treated as a safe loaded operating limit. No universal gradient guarantee is made on this page. Ask for configuration-specific operating restrictions and have the actual site suitability assessed instead of using a marketing number to plan a loaded slope operation.

Choose the Mast, Cab and Transport Package

The sheet gives 3000–6000 mm as a mast configuration range. It is an options range, not a single mast specification and not a promise of unchanged capacity throughout. Agree the selected lift height, lowered mast height, free lift and capacity information before ordering.

The enclosed cab and integrated body distinguish this version from the economy and articulated layouts. Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and other cab equipment must be confirmed separately. The listed dimensions and 5600–5900 kg weight range also require a supplied-unit transport drawing and weight sheet, including the selected mast and forks.

Engine and Export Specification for a 4WD Forklift

The source describes a Quanchai 495 turbocharged common-rail engine with 36.8 kW listed power and a Model 280 high/low hydraulic torque-converter transmission. Ask for the exact engine variant, service information and destination emissions documents; a domestic engine designation is not automatically proof of approval in another market.

Qisheng Machinery can discuss the required load, mast, forks, tires, cab equipment and export scope. Request a written quote tied to the chosen integrated-body truck. Inspection, spare parts, shipping method, availability and delivery timing are agreed for the actual configuration rather than borrowed from another supplier listing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the articulated rough-terrain model?

No. The specification is for the integrated-body enclosed-cab version with the listed rear-steering axle. Articulated and economy models have separate dimensions and component specifications.

Can the 6 m option lift 3.5 tons at full height?

That is not established by the configuration range. The selected mast and supplied capacity plate must confirm allowable load at the required height and 600 mm load center.

Can it work on any muddy or sloped surface?

No. Four-wheel drive and clearance do not establish universal site suitability. Ground bearing, traction, gradients, cargo and operating restrictions need assessment.

Is air conditioning included?

Not confirmed as standard. Specify the required cab equipment in the enquiry and check the offered-unit configuration.

Why is its weight higher than a standard 3.5 ton diesel truck?

These are different truck configurations. This sheet gives 5600–5900 kg machine weight, while the conventional diesel sheet lists 4500 kg. Request actual supplied-unit weights before comparing freight or site loading.
