These are inspection categories, not a certification of the machine. The methods, acceptance conditions and any specialist tests should be agreed for the actual equipment and performed by people qualified to carry them out.
Match the Unit to the Quotation
Use the exact engine and option names. Qisheng's October 9, 2026 catalogue lists different engines for the QS-18 and QS-18 PRO, so an engine plate is more useful than a general description such as “diesel engine.”
The same principle applies to a cab, retractable tracks, boom swing and attachment package. A feature visible in a sales photograph is not automatically included in every configuration. Review the options and configurations page when preparing the order specification.
Agree the Function Demonstration
Ask for a demonstration covering the machine's quoted travel, swing and work-equipment functions, together with the controls and supplied attachment connections. The operator should follow the machine's manual and use a suitable demonstration area.
Record an unexplained noise, leak or incomplete demonstration for follow-up. A short video is useful evidence of what it shows, but it does not establish every performance limit or replace specialist inspection where that is required. Pressure tests, repairs and adjustments are work for appropriately qualified personnel using the relevant instructions.
Verify Transport Information and Contents
Request measurements and weights for the configuration actually being shipped. Keep operating, transport and packed shipment figures clearly labelled; do not use a tonne-class name as a measured weight.
Separately packed buckets, tools, spares and documents should appear on the packing list. Ask for the agreed packing method and views of the contents before closure. A photograph of an opened crate at another customer's property is not an inspection record for your machine.

Resolve Discrepancies Before Shipment
Keep a simple record showing the issue, the relevant order requirement, the supplier's response and the evidence of correction. If a substitute component or attachment is proposed, confirm the revised specification before accepting the change.
Qisheng's standard payment schedule is 30% T/T deposit and 70% before shipment. Agree the inspection and document-review stage in the order confirmation so that both parties understand the sequence. Production and testing normally take about seven days after the deposit is received, with timing confirmed for the chosen configuration; transport time is separate.

That depends on the purchase and the agreed inspection scope. A dated, identifiable demonstration can support remote review, while a buyer may also arrange an independent inspection. Decide what evidence is required before placing the order.
Should attachments be inspected separately?
Yes. Check the actual tools supplied, their condition, identification and mounting or hydraulic compatibility. Do not assume that an attachment package matches merely because the boxes are present.
Which weight should the inspection record include?
Request the actual figures needed for the receiving and transport arrangement, labelled by configuration and measurement basis. Operating weight and total packed shipment weight serve different purposes.
